Controller - Finance

Stonegate's Retirement Community, a small community nestled on 37 secluded acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Greenville, Delaware is seeking a Full Time Controller- Finance Manager. Stonegates is a private gated community, 49 - bed skilled nursing health care center, 88 cottages and 72 apartments.

Role Description

The Controller - Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop financial strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide financial guidance and support. Additionally, the Controller - Finance Manager will oversee the finance team and contribute to the organization's overall financial growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial management and accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Experience in Healthcare, retirement or senior living industry is a plus.
• Medicare billing a plus
