Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Finance lead for agile products owning the full expense view
• Partner with the Product Owners and Technology Leads to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap as well as the development and measurement of Objective and Key Results
• Drive product portfolio management and connectivity back to business strategy and priorities
• Establish and maintain a product Profit & Loss, while ensuring expense optimization and controls
• End-to-end knowledge of cross-product impacts, ensuring connectivity and considerations to other product portfolios and JPMorgan Chase line-of-businesses
• Single point-of-contact for integrated product planning, budgeting, governance, and other leadership forums to review performance and drive decisions
• Partner with Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Vendor Management on contract negotiations and third-party expense management
• Enable personas across business, technology, and finance with the ability to review performance and drive decisioning using fit for purpose product reporting and intelligent solutions
• Trusted advisor partnering on the creation of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Act as an extension of the CCB Technology Finance Transformation team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related discipline)
• 8 years of progressive experience in finance, technology, consulting, and/or product roles 
• Demonstrated senior leadership in terms of attitude, initiative, and inclusivity
• Strong mix of analytical, written and presentation skills
• Knowledge of agile product principles, software development, and budget and forecasting
• Experience in interacting and communicating recommendations to senior business leaders
• Superior organizational and process skills with a high attention to detail
• Proactive – continually drives to understand unique needs of each business and/or program and challenges status quo
• Client oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong technical ability with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro)

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Exposure to Credit Card industry / Digital preferred
• Experience with Business applications such as Tableau, SAP, Essbase preferred
