Dietary Supervisor
Stonecrest Healthcare, LLC, a 90-bed skilled long-term facility located in Viburnum, Missouri has an opening for a Dietary Manager. Experience in long-term care dietary management preferred. You must have a current Serv Safe Manager Certification or must be able to receive it within 60-days of employment.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
· Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
· Assure that quality nutritional services are provided on daily basis for the residents.
· Participate in the budgeting process
· Be accountable for the departmental budget and food costs.
· Select, supervise, and motivate the dietary staff, encourage to work as a team.
