-perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
-assist in evaluation of prospective M&A targets
-help optimize EBITDA of acquired companies through efficiency enhancements
-monitor financial metrics inclusive of KPIs to ensure targets are being met
-help mentor junior team members
Qualifications:
-public accounting experience a plus
-strong communication skills
-2 years of FP&A and/or M&A experience
