We are currently seeking Bilingual Office Administrators to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Tampa, FL location team.

**Bilingual preferred but not neccesary (English and Spanish)**

$250 Hiring Bonus (Paid after 60 days)

The position will include the following responsibilities:

• Establish and build customer relationships with clients.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
• Assist in material selections by walking with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators alike.
• Data entry.
• Make follow-up phone calls to insure material selections/sales.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

• Retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm (rotation)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Commission!!
