Job Responsibilities

Senior Financial Analyst position requiring 3-5 years of experience. Comfortable collaborating with various teams including engineers, marketing, product management, and external stakeholders. Prefer candidates with manufacturing background, specifically in plant accounting and finance. Experience in financial modeling, ERP systems, and knowledge of NPV, ROI, Payback, and IRR preferred. Strong communication skills in explaining changes are essential. Somone who is not afraid to ask questions from the team and really collaborate with all teams across the org. Does not want someone aggressive but wants someone assertive.

Must-Have Skillsets

• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Prior experience with profit and loss statements and statements of cash flow
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as ROI, NPV, IRR and Payback, etc.
• Proven analyst with experience forecasting and providing actuals in a timely and accurate manner critical.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
• An affinity to talking with numbers; inherent aptitude to quantify and support conclusions with data.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and management skills.
• Keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively to both technical & non-technical audiences.
• Relentless focus on accuracy and getting things done.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related area.
• Proficient with Oracle, Microsoft Office Applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Nice to Have Skillsets 

-Manufacturing or Plant manufacturing

- Onestream is the only nice to have but not mandatory
