At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.
You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!
Because this is a management position, we are seeking someone who has experience working with individuals with disabilities or a college education in a related field. Job Requirements:
Qualified applicants must possess an Undergraduate degree in a related field OR a High School Diploma/G.E.D. with two years successful work experience in human services or management. Management and supervisory experience preferred. Possession of a valid U.S. Driver License and eligibility for coverage with agency's insurer. Must be available to work evenings.
