Stone Belt has been a community leader for nearly 50 years providing services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This tradition continues to grow and expand. Milestones, our medical and counseling practice seeks a Behavior Clinician to provide behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in designated agency programs, as well as in waiver services.
This individual conducts intakes/behavioral assessments, develops and implements behavior support plans, provides education and training to clients, family members, agency staff, and/or personnel. The Behavior Clinician works closely with Milestones’ psychiatrists and other members of the clinical team. Experience includes knowledge of developmental disabilities and practice in clinical settings.
Working at Milestones, the clinical division of Stone Belt is unlike working at any other behavior services provider in Southern Indiana. Our unique team approach ensures that clients receive high quality support along a continuum of care. As a Behavior Clinician at Milestones, you will provide Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) in collaboration with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team that includes Advanced Practice Nurses, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and other accomplished behavior interventionists.
