```Duties```
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store. Your main duties will include:

- Bartending

- Managing and supervising a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase sales
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations
- Experience with shift management and scheduling
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
