Vacuum Store Manager
Overview:
The Oreck store of Hoover is a specialty retail store that deals in the sales and service of vacuum cleaners. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members
