Job Duties and Responsibilities : Answers incoming callsListening to voicemails and returning all callsRoute calls to the appropriate person / locationPerfect Serve the physician for all urgent mattersPatient lab request / send lab orders to patient / labs / physiciansCheck status of radiology orders for patients / physiciansPrint and deliver faxes to appropriate person / departmentScanning and attaching chart notes / results as neededOccasionally cover for front desk in other suites / sites for patient check inReview the Quest trailer for additional codingAssist with new hire trainingAccept and receive incoming packages and deliver them to the appropriate suitePossible position to promote to call center trainer depending upon job performanceAny other task your manager or administration asks of youJob Skills : Patient focusedProfessionalAttention to detailAbility to create a productive work environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Effective communicationQualificationsHigh school diplomaOne year of experience in a medical field or one year of customer service / call center experience preferredBilingual (a plus but not required)Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office computer programs.

Fridays 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm with a 1 (one) hour lunch breakFull medical coverage for the employee, can choose between Kaiser and Blue Shield Plans.
