Position Overview:

As the Sales and Recruitment Manager at STOC Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and attracting top talent to our organization. This dual-focused position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of both sales and recruitment within the professional services industry, particularly accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top accounting and finance talent in alignment with the company's goals and culture.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles within the organization, including accounting, taxation, and advisory positions.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that effectively communicate requirements and expectations.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, including entry-level staff, experienced professionals, and leadership roles.

Sales Management:

Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and acquiring new clients within the professional services industry, with a focus on transaction advisory services.

Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and expand market share, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including business owners, CFOs, and other key decision-makers, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the needs of prospective clients in the accounting and finance sector.

Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress toward goals and inform decision-making, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Team Leadership and Development:

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and recruitment teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support their professional growth and development within the professional services industry.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies, ensuring the team is well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field .

Proven experience in sales and recruitment within the professional services industry, particularly accounting, taxation, or advisory services, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as sales techniques and strategies within the professional services context.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels, including business owners, finance professionals, and candidates.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional performance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools and technologies used in sales and recruitment within the professional services industry.
