Job Duties:

• Responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operation within a retail facility including banking
• Interview, hire, discipline, and discharge store employees, provide leadership and ongoing customer service training, and review and prepare schedules and timesheets.
• Review and monitor inventory, vendor deliveries and relationships, warehouse orders, gas deliveries, and gas prices and oversee the ordering process to ensure enough stock
• Resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or requests promptly
• Survey the market for competitive fuel pricing and product selection

Job Location: 3110 North - South HWY, Lewiston, ID 83501 

Work Hours: Full-time, 45 hours a week or more 

Days: Work times and schedule may vary including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. 

Requirements: Must be at least 19 years old; HS Diploma or GED, 2 years of prior retail store management experience; 5 years experience in leadership role (Shift Lead, Asst. Manager, Manager.) Background check required.
