The Food Service Specialistis responsible for taking customer orders, preparing menu items, and/or packaging of the food product for the store while maintaining the high standards of the restaurant/store and displaying a friendly attitude.

Job Duties:
Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.
Prep food products for the day
Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
Make sandwiches, burgers, and chicken as applicable per store location.
Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixer, fryers, fryer safety, and packaging machine.
Receive and inspect products.
Accurately package and label products. (Food dating).
Follow HACCP programs, including verification and documentation of products.
Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to reach, stoop, and bend frequently.
Able to follow multi-step directions.
Location: Store #28, located at 496 W. First St. Idaho Falls ID 83401
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Shifts: All = 6 am - 2 pm, 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm.
Days:Days and times may vary including weekends
Requirements:Must be at least (19) years old
Pay: Starts at $13.50 Depending on Experience
