We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in medical administrative support and be proficient in various medical office systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling software
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
Experience:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of dental office operations is a plus

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly in urgent care settings
