CLAIMS ANALYST

MAIN DUTIES:

• Researching, disputing and resolving DC related deductions/chargebacks to achieve goals of minimizing violations.
• Communicate with all levels of management and personnel within the DC.
• Working with various systems .
• Document and maintain accurate / detailed records .
• Create reports as needed.
• Assists the Compliance Supervisor in the DC.

REQUIREMENTS 

 A.A Prefered / High School Diploma or GED

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of compliance/claims experience in a distribution center
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SQL and PkMS)
• Good analytical and math skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and function productively under pressure 
• Strong communication and organizational skills (able to develop and maintain positive rapport with a wide variety of contacts internal to the organization).
• Problem solving individual able to manage varied workload with constantly changing priorities.
