Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Summer Grounds Crew member. As a Grounds Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our outdoor spaces. This is a seasonal position for the summer months.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Maintain and care for landscape beds, including planting, weeding, and mulching
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration of plants
- Assist with hardscape maintenance, such as repairing walkways and patios
- Operate and maintain equipment used for groundskeeping tasks
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
