Customer Care Advisor

Stewart Golf's mission is to change the way the world plays golf, one trolley at a time, we are looking to grow our Customer Care Team to help us do just that.

· We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a desire to help all our customers to have the 5-STAR experience - before they buy one of our trolleys, while they're buying it, and when they're using it out on the course.

· You'll need to be very comfortable and confident talking to people, whether it's on the telephone, by email, in person or via any of the social media channels.

· We're a digital-first company with a desire to be 100% paperless by the end of 2023, so you'll need to be incredibly comfortable with technology, most importantly the Office365 suite of programs, and enjoy finding new ways of helping software help you.

*No specific experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, computer literacy and a previous customer-facing job role would be advantageous.

We don't just sell people golf trolleys, we make them. By hand, in Quedgeley. And before we made them, we were the people who designed them: it's all on us, and we like it that way.

We're not a faceless corporate: we're still owned and managed every day by the same people who started the company back in 2001 when it was them, an idea, a piece of paper, and a pencil. They're also the same people who'll take their turn with you emptying the dishwasher in our communal kitchen.

Our team is built around people who see a problem and instantly start thinking about the solution. We've increased our turnover every year since we began, and we took everything COVID and Brexit could throw at us in 2020 and doubled it again to £5m .

We have even bigger plans for 2024, 2025, and every year after that. We have new products in development, new markets to unlock, and new ways to be even more successful in the markets we're already in.

We have a purpose-built facility in Cypress, Texas.

Your working week would be 37.5 hours (Mon-Thu 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-2pm) with 25 days annual holiday (plus statutory days)(flexible)
