Established Property Management Company with over 2000 units across middle TN is looking for hardworking general sub-contractors to add to our Crossville team, currently looking for Cleaners for Short Term Rentals.

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, in our vacation rental and residential properties. If you have experience in cleaning and enjoy creating a clean and organized environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines

- Adhere to health and safety regulations

- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guest or customers

Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel and residential cleaning is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Familiarity with different types of surfaces and appropriate cleaning methods

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
