Job Description Job Title: Part Time Women’s Lacrosse Goalie Coach Department: Athletics & Recreation Reports to: Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach Position Summary: The Assistant Goalie Coach reports directly to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The purpose of this position is to provide direct coaching and feedback for the goalies in a highly competitive NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse program. The top priority must be the overall collegiate experience of the student-athlete and a commitment to promoting a positive and healthy team culture that encourages growth and development. Essential Responsibilities: Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures of the department and institution as well as the rules and regulations of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), MAC Freedom, the NCAA, and other authorities that may legitimately influence the intercollegiate athletics program. Prioritize the development of the goalies. Work together with the head coach, develop appropriate drills to utilize during goalie specific practice time. Prepare specific feedback for goalies of all levels during larger drills. Attend two 2-hour practices per week and as many games as possible. A specific schedule will be determined with the head coach to provide consistency throughout the season. Perform all other duties as assigned within hourly constraints.
