ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements, and offering suitable solutions.
Sales Calls: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our insurance products.
Policy Analysis: Analyze client policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to protect their assets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to the agency.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice and strategies to clients.
RequirementsLicensing: Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty license.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
