Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and attorneys
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- Applicant must be able, and willing to work independently, once the paralegal becomes comfortable with the position.
- The position involves frequent contact with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
- This position requires drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents from forms and creative construction.
- Position also requires daily timekeeping entries.
- Excellent typing skills required.
- Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal required
- Ability to draft pleadings
