Steve White Motors has been in business since 1982 and is a family and locally owned franchise dealer. We are 1 hour from Charlotte, 1 hour from the mountains, a few hours from the beach, hiking, fishing, white-water rafting and loads of outdoor activities. We have opened our brand new showroom and facility and need to hire a highly qualified, professional Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will understand and be able to relay complex technology to customers and enjoy doing it. The individual we seek will be technically savvy and possess exceptional customer handling skills. We don’t overcrowd our sales floor. 130 cars sold per month. Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Meet, greet and interact with customers effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive product information and a superior customer experience before, during and after the sales process.
• Provide and offer comprehensive product information throughout the sales process to customers, fully explaining the vehicle’s features, applications, and benefits.
• Answer the customer’s questions regarding product features and benefits.

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

• Sales experience is required
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
