This position is a remote position.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support our awesome sales team! Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude.

Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Answer phones

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
