Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a part-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.

This position is a remote position with a flexible schedule.

This position focuses on supporting our sales team and providing excellent customer service to our clients and prospective clients.

We are seeking an energetic, vivacious personality who thrives in a busy team environment and truly cares about providing excellent customer service.

Steve Vinklarek is a native Texan and has been passionate about all things State Farm since he was a young boy. He is the fourth State Farm agent in his family, representing over 150 years of experience serving the community through all State Farm has to offer.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answer phones
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service every day!
