You will be responsible for world class service customer experience from start to finish. Our talented group of technicians and advisors are excited to add to our team and continue to grow our shop. We are hiring for a senior writer to help lead our team, and a high performer in this role would be eligible for a management position within 12 months.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing a consistent process for customers that exceeds our high expectations
• Regular communication with customers on vehicle status
• Interacting with technicians to help dispatch, and prioritize vehicles, while also understanding customer concerns and vehicle diagnosis
• Effectively educate customers on required and recommended repairs
• Checking in/out Courtesy Transportation vehicles
• Submit for warranty reimbursement, invoice and cashier customers
• Coaching and developing junior writers

Your qualifications:

• 5 years in retail automotive service business
• Experience with XTIME is preferential
• Positive mental attitude, approach every customer with a smile :)
• General Motors experience highly valuable
