Who are we looking for?

The Transaction Coordinator is an individual who is highly detail-oriented, gains energy from helping people, is an excellent problem solver, is persistent, focused and has vast experience and proven success in prioritizing tasks through systems and organization. People feel happy, cared for, and at ease when they interact with this person. This individual is patient, not easily flustered, and is adaptable. He/she has a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, he/she demonstrates integrity, shares our team values, has a work ethic that is higher than most, and a history of being a high achiever. They must be comfortable with change as part of a team who is always looking to grow, while at the same time enjoy having a schedule and checking things off the list daily. He/she is a solutions provider who is able to think on his/her feet. He/she will manage the entire contract-to-close process for buyers and sellers efficiently and effectively. This person is responsible for providing exceptional service and helping to create and maintain brand loyalty with each and every client. This individual must be a people pleaser who thrives on making others happy. The perfect candidate for this role may be a licensed Realtor that has realized they prefer the behind the scenes or support side of real estate more than the selling aspect.

What will you do?

  • Represent team with integrity, gratitude, respect, and humility, in alignment with our core values
  • Manage and take ownership of entire listing and buyer process from contract to close
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction and closing process
  • Prioritize tasks so that most urgent items are completed first and all deadlines are met
  • Recognize and solve problems as they arise with minimal input from leaders
