Immediate opening for full time Medical Records Clerk for large Cardiology practice in our Germantown, TN office. Job duties include maintaining patient records, filing records in the electronic health record and notifying clinic team when results are ready for review, processing release of patient information according to policy, and answering phones. Minimum high school education. 2 years Healthcare experience required with experience in Medical Records preferred. Excellent salary and benefits. Please submit resume by email.
