We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager with experience in the staffing space.

You must be able to identify and close new sales opportunities for providing staffing solutions to fill customers open seats while meeting customer expectations and maintaining profitability to STS. Work as a dedicated staffing professional to assigned accounts.

1. Manage customer interactions including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, updating and other task as required.

2. Provide excellent customer service and implement plans to prevent or address any service failures that may occur.

3. Duties include setting appointments with prospective customers, negotiating rates and solving problems.

4. Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to present to assigned accounts.

5. Complete onboarding and orientation for new staffing employees.

6. Visiting job sites to ensure proper safety measures are in place.

7. Conduct business within all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Positive and accurate communications with customers, management team and team members.

9. Maintain knowledge of software applications essential to perform daily job functions.

Completes other duties as reasonably assigned by management. Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $46,678.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
