Position: Supervisor
Location: Virginia 
Salary: $1,800 per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (night shift) with on-call availability during the day

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside and oversee night operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Manage a team during evening hours, providing guidance and support.
• Handle on-call duties during the day, addressing urgent matters promptly.
• Monitor employee performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with upper management to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Flexibility to handle on-call responsibilities during daytime hours.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
