Position: Day Porter
Location: Virginia 
Salary: $1,390 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Empty trash cans and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Perform minor repairs (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing loose handles).
• Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.).
• Maintain floors in high-traffic areas.
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms for conferences and events.
• Adhere to safety protocols (e.g., placing wet floor signs).

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred.
