Sterling Engineering is current seeking a Project Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:
· Experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, permitting, inspection and construction administration including pump stations, distribution, collection and conveyance, storage tanks, and treatment.
· Experience coordinating water and wastewater infrastructure design with other design disciplines (e.g. traffic, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical/electrical, and survey) also preferred.
· Project management experience a plus.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
· Be a self-motivated individual, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Strong ability to plan and manage preparation of construction drawings and specifications
Required Attributes:
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
· 4-7 years related experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Attributes:
· Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is strongly preferred. Experience with Microstation, Revit, ArcGIS, WaterGEMS, and/or SewerGEMS is a plus
