WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 100-unit multi-family residential property in the Houston, TX, area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and perform maintenance functions, oversee Contractors, and work side-by-side with the Property Manager to ensure the community's excellent condition.
• Complete turns and work orders in a proactive and efficient manner
• Schedule all contract services and purchase supplies
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and Pool cleaning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team leader
• Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years’ experience in property maintenance
• Applicant must have proven ability to diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work properly
