Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating and operating various machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and presses
- Fabricate parts according to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Use CAM programming software to create and modify machine instructions
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in CAM programming software for machine instructions
- Knowledge of CAD software for design modifications is a plus
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with press brake machines and logic controllers is preferred
