STEPS Behavioral Health is a ABA company comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ABA Technicians, and a strong administrative team who work together to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME for Administrative Assistant for the daytime hours of 8a m-4pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Description The job of an Administrative assistant will include a list of tasks. The applicant will work in our Clinic which supports children with Autism. We are looking for someone who exudes a friendly demeanor and is welcoming to our clients and their families each day. They must be ready to work alongside a team of caring therapists and technicians and be ready to be the point person to help the office and clinic run smoothly. Your duties will include but are not limited to accounts payable, making sure sessions are completed, following up with therapists, answering and returning calls to clients, staying on top of incoming clients, and following up with clients. Supporting and ensuring client scheduling and staffing are taken care of. This position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, quick learning, and being extremely organized. We are looking for a talented candidate who can efficiently meet deadlines. This position will be 40 hours Monday -Friday, this position can build up to a full-time position. Offered pay between $40,000-$43,000 per year.
