Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated assistant Teacher to join our team. As a bilingual assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, helping them develop their language skills and cultural understanding.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effectively in Spanish and English lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable to participate and take risks
- Develop and implement engaging instructional activities
- Assess student progress
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians on student performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and other relevant information
- Be comfortable changing diapers and attending to student ages 7 weeks to 12 months old.

Experience:
- High school Diploma
- Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and culture
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to learn
