Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director to join our team. Looking for someone who is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and strategic planning of our organization. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination across all areas
- Manage and oversee daily operations and staff supervision
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Conduct regular evaluations of programs and services to ensure quality and effectiveness
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Support the Director in cultivating relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions
- Budgeting experience, including financial analysis and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
