Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transportis looking to add Heavy Duty Tow Truck Operators to our team! We are seeking candidates that possess a positive attitude, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. The best fit candidate will possess a Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience. Heavy Duty Towing experience required.
All drivers must be equipped with their own set of tools once you are assigned the truck. No Slip Seating! Manual transmissions only in our fleet.

Schedule:
Various shifts due to team scheduling that permit drivers to have 1-2 days off during the week or 1-2 weekends off. We also have a night shift schedule with a higher commission rate incentive. Apply for more details.
Commissioned Pay:
Graduated commission pay scale starting at 25%- Our drivers average $1,800-$2,000 weekly. This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary paid position.
