We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Store Manager to lead our team and uphold our tradition of southern hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine love for southern cuisine.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize profitability.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.

- Foster a positive work environment by providing training, coaching, and support to staff members.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications :

- 5 of more years experience in restaurant/hospitality industry management

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
