We are looking for a part-time or full-time CSR for a busy, all-equine, multi-doctor veterinary practice. Our desired schedule can be flexible, and we anticipate eventually hiring two people to fully staff the schedule between 8am and 5pm M-F. After an initial training period, hybrid work-from-home hours can be discussed.
During work hours, you'll be responsible for fielding incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients and prospective clients. You'll handle scheduling requests, take messages, and answer basic questions. Our senior CSR and office manager works 8-3 and will be available to assist with training until you are comfortable in the role.
Once comfortable in the CSR role, we would love to explore additional responsibilities in the areas of medical records management, marketing, social media, accounts payable, accounts receivable, lab sample processing, and more! The possibilities are endless and a qualified and motivated individual could ultimately transition into a practice manager.
The position does not require animal contact or animal handling, but opportunities to support the practice in this capacity are numerous.
WE are group of passionate doctors, veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and support staff who believe in making the highest quality medicine available to our clients. We care about horses, but we also care about PEOPLE- our people, and their happiness and quality of life, in addition to our clients' needs. We are selective about our team, and make every effort to maintain a positive, trust-filled, encouraging, safe, and supportive environment at work.

RESUMES AND COVER LETTERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
*Please Note
Direct experience with horses is required. If your resume isn't clear with your equine experience, please include a personal letter, note, or description in the application questions to help us understand your background! While we would love to give everyone an introduction to horses to help them succeed in the role, this isn't within our grasp at this time! If your application has no mention of horses, we won't be able to provide you with a phone interview to continue the application process. If your experience is very limited (a family member who owned horses, a childhood summer camp experience, a dude ranch outing, etc), we wholeheartedly encourage you to seek more time with these incredible creatures before sending an application!
