We are seeking a dedicated and passionate infant room assistant to join our team. As a infant assistant, you will be responsible for helping create a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants to learn and grow. Duties:
- Help develop and implement age-appropriate daily plans and activities
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's development and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Must change diapers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
