```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for students.
- Support the lead teacher in creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Help plan and prepare educational materials and activities for the classroom.
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and promoting positive social interactions.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and communicate with parents or guardians.
Must be willing to Change diapers.
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to educate and engage students in various subjects, including math.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and parents or guardians.
