Stenger & Stenger, PC., is a growing prominent law firm located in Grand Rapids since 1994. As part of our exciting growth plan, we are looking for a Client Services Specialist in the Metro Atlanta, Georgia area. We are looking for an independent worker who is self-motivated, professional, with great attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field and respond to all client emails within the business day
- Monitor and resolve reporting issues between the Firm and clients
- Generate and provide reports based upon Firm or clients’ requirements
- Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with colleagues
- Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
- Understand and troubleshoot electronic data exchanges with client
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service
- Strong data processing skills with a proven track record
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Proficient with relevant software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
