LOCATION: Golden, CO (2 days onsite per week) Must be local and under commute distance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes delivered by projects within the Data Culture Portfolio.
Support communication efforts by coordinating the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
Assess the impact of upcoming change, by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts, by supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics particularly for risks relating to user adoption and usage of project solutions.
Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
Consult and coach project teammates.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
Act as liaison between technical and non-technical personnel
Evaluate the effectiveness of the change and implement mitigation strategies where and when needed.
Required Skills:
1) 5 years of experience as a Change Manager
2) 2 years of experience supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations
