As Stemilt’s Cherry Packout you are tasked with assisting the Accounting department by verifying and organizing all information that is being collected from the cherry lines for Grower Run. This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it’s required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, in addition to the primary responsibilities:

• Enter data to create a grower cherry packout
• Review information for accuracy and reasonableness
• Report and assist in solving any discrepancies found with data
• Run reports and organize/archive paperwork
• Put away bin tags into a cart
• Communicating with lines where there is a packout issue
• File and retrieve paperwork as needed
• Assist in creating/updating weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure the timely completion of other duties as assigned

Reports to: Grower Accounting Manager

Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in fruit industry, especially with cherries, preferred

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Qualified individuals must be flexible with the working schedule as well as willing to work weekends when necessary. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!

• Proficiency in math and ten-key operation
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Ability to deliver high quality results with an exceptional transparent, consultative, and partnering attitude
• Ability to interact and connect with all Stemilters
• A commitment to understand that change is the only constant and a practice of change with purpose, flexibility, and adaptability is a must
