Job Description ::

Seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to spearhead program initiatives and operations within our organization. You'll craft programs aligned with our strategic objectives, establish and oversee long-term targets, and manage program finances. Additionally, you'll adeptly lead a diverse team, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Your role involves devising evaluation methods, drafting funding proposals, and implementing software solutions. Effective stakeholder communication and risk analysis are paramount.

Responsibilities:

Strategically align programs with organizational mission and objectives.

Develop data sharing policies and innovative programs to support strategic goals.

Establish and manage long-term program objectives.

Create and manage program budgets and operational plans.

Design evaluation methods to assess program efficacy and areas for enhancement.

Draft program funding proposals to ensure consistent service delivery.

Lead and manage a multifaceted team, ensuring data precision and quality.

Implement interventions to achieve project objectives.

Identify and deploy appropriate software tools.

Define data governance policies and uphold quality standards.

Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders on project issues and decisions.

Generate accurate and timely program status reports.

Analyze program risks and strategize mitigation plans.

Qualifications: Required Skills:

16 years' progressive leadership experience in consulting, with full lifecycle service provision in enterprise settings.

16 years' experience managing, coordinating, and prioritizing projects throughout their lifecycle.

10 years' expertise in program management.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proven track record of stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Extensive experience in selecting and implementing software tools.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Must have or be proficient in:

PMP Certificate a must.

10 years' experience in crafting program funding proposals.

Proficiency in Tableau, Azure, Cloud services, workflow management, SQL, NoSQL databases, and data warehousing.
