Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Zen Renovations located in Washington, DC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, vendors, and clients, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This is a client-facing position and must represent the company in a diplomatic and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in project management or construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • PMP certification is preferred
