Summary
· As an Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for Project Management, Client interface, Proposal Preparation, Fieldwork, data analysis, report preparation, and invoicing. If you’re reliable, have a good work ethic, and can cooperate with co-workers and clients respectfully, this is the position for you.
Job Responsibilities:-
· Conduct environmental due diligence audits for industrial and commercial transactions, including standard Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments consistent with ASTM standards and custom reports tailored to client-specific needs-Fieldwork such as site inspections, soil, surface water, and groundwater sampling, drilling, and contractor oversight-Travel to facilities for site visits, including both local and non-local travel. Overnight travel would not be expected to exceed 25%-Support multiple projects and meet high-quality standards on project deliverables
Qualifications:-
· 3-5 years of related professional experience is highly preferred-Consulting experience
Preferred-
· Ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written technical information-Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
· Working knowledge of federal & state environmental regulations (GAEPD USTMP, HSRA, Brownfield) and good research skills and abilities-Strong oral & written communication skills, including strong proficiency in technical report writing
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to multi-task
· Familiarity with communicating to the client in business terms the environmental and regulatory liabilities and associated implications pertaining to the associated transaction.
· Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related accredited program is required
· Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines within budget
