JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. International Coordination:
   • Act as the primary liaison between HQ and the USA Operations, ensuring effective communication of corporate directions and information to key personnel at the U.S. site.
   • Align projects with overall corporate objectives and KPIs, cascading down responsibilities to respective departments and overseeing implementation plans.
2. Project Coordination:
   • Coordinate ad-hoc projects within the Production and Engineering Departments, ensuring adequate resource support for effective implementation.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the cost competitiveness of the Module Division.
   • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
3. Industrial Engineering Tasks:
   • Manage Industrial Engineering tasks, including capital and capacity planning, time studies, cost analysis, and data management.
4. Team Development:
   • Facilitate knowledge transfer by guiding and training subordinates to enhance their technical and management skills.
   • Conduct regular team meetings and status updates to allocate resources and assign tasks to team members
5. Project Lifecycle Management:
   • Establish and maintain processes for managing project scope throughout the lifecycle.
   • Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
   • Set quality and performance standards, assess risks, and ensure adherence to project work plans.
   • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project goals, status, and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Knowledge of quality management principles to ensure project deliverables meet standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or others
• Proficiency in identifying and managing risks associated with the project.
• Knowledge and strength in budgeting and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project progress.
