The Role: Food Product Developer

As our Food Product Developer, you'll bring your passion for food science, restaurant experience, and a data-driven approach to crafting our entire menu. With a focus on perfecting our signature pizza recipe, you'll think outside the box to find innovative ways to enhance flavor, texture, and appeal – all while considering the unique capabilities and limitations of our automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Recipe Development and Optimization: Collaborate with engineers to translate culinary vision into recipes that excel within our automated production line. Employ scientific methodology and quantitative analysis to continuously improve our offerings.

• Menu Innovation: Research trends and consumer preferences to design a menu that aligns with our brand ethos. Determine optimal selections for beverages, toppings, desserts, and potential additions like salads.

• Ingredient Sourcing and Supply Chain: Establish relationships with food suppliers and negotiate contracts for high-quality ingredients at competitive prices. Ensure consistent supply and quality across our growing network of locations.

• Quality Control: Develop and enforce rigorous quality standards throughout the culinary process, from ingredient selection to final product.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field.

• Proven experience in restaurant menu development, ideally within a quick-service environment.

• Solid understanding of supply chain management and vendor relationships within the food industry.

• Data-oriented mindset: Ability to analyze sales, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform menu decisions.
